Ordering FAQ:
Earlier this year, Korean doll companies have experienced unexpected delays in filling orders as quickly as usual for dolls made from certain resins made in France. Dollfair has been working to assist these companies with this unfortunate delay in supply. This crisis is now over, and we hope permanently solved. We appreciate your understanding. These delays were not in any way the fault of the Korean dollmaking community.Other things which can delay shipments:
During periods of high humidity and large amounts of rain, it is difficult to cast the dolls and make the facepainting stick on the faces. Each doll is a cooperative coordination between a small group of very talented individual artists, who work to make each custom doll. There are no factories involved in the production of Narin Dolls. They consider each to be a work of art. Thank you for your patience.
